Who ARe we?
KiddiTime is a licensed Family Child Care Homes owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Gina and Tony Phan. We are committed to providing high-quality childcare with a foundation of nurturing, one-on-one attention, and guidance that supports each child's individual development. In addition, we value establishing positive relationships with families to bridge children's experiences between the program and home and foster children's sense of belonging in our early education setting. We both have been trained in Health and Safety protocols and are CPR certified. We are committed to exceeding state licensing requirements by continuing our early childhood training.
We have 3 lovely daughters. Our oldest daughter is a straight-A student, a Vice President, and a volleyball team captain at her school. She is also the best babysitter for her toddler sisters. We’ve always been around children because it brings us great joy to be a part of their growth and development. We are excited about the opportunity to provide excellent childcare and be a part of your child’s journey through their early childhood.

oUR CHILDCARE
KiddiTime Family Child Care Home is in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood on the east side of Petaluma in the Waugh School District. Our facility is right next to a walk-path that provides access to Leghorn Park and walking trails to safely explore during field trips.
Our facility has an open floor plan with lots of windows. We have separate areas for play-time, circle-time, reading, arts and crafts, and meal-time.
Our newly renovated playground includes ride-on-toys, a large sail shade, soft turf grass, a 2-level wooden playset with toddler swings, slides, and a rock-climbing wall. A large gazebo provides shade over the picnic benches and sensory tables.
Our raised garden beds allow children to discover nature and learn about health and nutrition.
We have fun dramatic play areas for children to use with their imagination. We have a bakery shop, food market, shopping carts, and many more.
Our PHILOSOPHY
We believe children are born ready to learn. We incorporate learning into each child's natural senses through play and laughter. We believe that having fun and being excited about learning increases brain activity which helps children learn and develop. Our top priority is to ensure each child's individual needs (such as being well-fed, sleeping well, feeling safe, and being loved) are met so they can gain the most from each activity and therefore are more likely to foster a positive attitude toward learning. Families will feel comforted when leaving their children at KiddiTime, knowing they will have all their needs met and be loved.
